Now onboarding — Dallas–Fort Worth
Healthcare staffing,
on demand.
MedProH connects DFW facilities with licensed nurses and aides for per diem shifts. Post a shift in minutes. Get matched with professionals nearby. Pay per shift — no agency markup, no placement fees.
- Built for DFW
- GPS-verified check-in
- Transparent 15% fee
- Paid per shift via Stripe
- Licenses verified with the state board
The gap
The shift starts in six hours. The agency still hasn't called back.
What facilities live with
An unfilled shift means mandatory overtime, a stretched ratio, or a bed you can't use. The fallback is an agency invoice with a markup nobody will explain, and a professional you've never met walking in cold.
What professionals live with
Phone tag with recruiters. Rates that change between the call and the paycheck. Waiting weeks to get paid for a shift you worked last Tuesday — for work you would have picked up in a tap.
How it works
Two apps. One straight line between an open shift and the person who fills it.
No recruiter in the middle. No invoice you can't read.
Role, date, hours, rate, and how many openings. Need five shifts across three roles? Post them in one batch.
Licensed professionals near your facility are notified the moment you post — ranked by distance and prior work with you.
See GPS-verified check-in and checkout, message the professional in-app, then rate them. You're billed per completed shift.
One tap. See open shifts near your home with the rate you'll actually take home — already net of the platform fee.
No phone call, no negotiating, no waiting on a callback. The rate on the card is the rate you're paid.
Check in on site, check out when you're done, and your earnings go to your bank through Stripe — per shift, not per month.

Why we built it
“Every hour a nurse spends chasing a recruiter is an hour they're not at the bedside — and every dollar lost to an unexplained markup is a dollar that never reaches the person doing the work.
MedProH was built in Dallas–Fort Worth, for DFW. We're starting with a small number of facilities we can support personally — answering the phone ourselves, verifying every license by hand, and fixing what doesn't work before we grow.
Trust & safety
What we check, and what we don't hold.
Staffing runs on trust, so here's exactly how it works — no vague badges.
Licenses verified
Every RN, LPN, and LVN credential is checked against the state licensing board before the professional is approved to accept shifts.
On-site check-in
Shift check-in only works within a quarter mile of the facility, confirmed by GPS at the moment of arrival.
Payments handled by Stripe
Stripe collects banking and tax details on its own secure pages and issues 1099s. MedProH never stores your bank account or Social Security number.
A written record
Shift messaging, two-way ratings, and a dispute process live in the app — so what was agreed is documented, not remembered.
Only what a shift needs
MedProH handles scheduling and payment — not clinical records. We don't collect patient data, and we collect the minimum from you.
Hands-on support
During the pilot, disputes and questions reach a real person the same day. You're not filing a ticket into a void.

FAQ
Straight answers.
When does MedProH launch?
The iOS and Android apps are in final testing now, with a Dallas–Fort Worth pilot opening to a small group of facilities first. Join the early access list and we'll contact you as spots open.
What does it cost a facility?
A flat 15% platform fee on the shift rate you set. No subscription, no per-seat pricing, no placement or conversion fees. You see the full cost before you post.
How and when do professionals get paid?
Per shift. After you check out, your earnings are processed through Stripe to the bank account you connect. Stripe also issues your 1099 — MedProH never stores your bank details or Social Security number.
Which roles can work through MedProH?
RN (ICU, ER, Med/Surg, PCU and more), LPN and LVN, and CNA — which in Texas is also titled PCT in hospitals or Resident Assistant in assisted living.
Do I need a certification to pick up CNA, PCT, or Resident Assistant shifts?
In Texas, PCT and Resident Assistant roles do not require a state certification. RN, LPN, and LVN roles require an active, verified license.
How do you verify professionals?
Every licensed professional's credential is checked against the state licensing board before they can accept shifts, and each shift requires GPS-verified check-in at the facility. Facilities remain responsible for their own credentialing and onboarding requirements.
What areas do you cover?
We're starting in Dallas–Fort Worth and expanding deliberately — we'd rather support a few facilities properly than spread thin across Texas.
Can I use MedProH alongside my staff job?
Yes. Most professionals on per diem platforms pick up shifts around a primary role. You choose when you're available and which shifts you accept.
Good shifts. Fair pay. Both sides treated like professionals.
That's the whole idea. If it sounds like something your facility or your career needs, get on the list — we're onboarding DFW now.
